Obituary of Diane Marie GYRYLUK

November 23, 1947 – January 17, 2012 Diane Marie Gyryluk (nee Cyrenne), beloved wife of John Gyryluk of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the age of 64 years. Diane was born in Winnipeg on November 23, 1947, to Lucien and Jeanne Cyrenne. Diane met her husband John in Winnipeg in 1964 and they were married in 1967. At that time they both moved to Calgary where they resided for the rest of her life. Diane and John, with their four boys, made many trips to Winnipeg at Christmas and for summer holidays, camping along the way. Diane had a very full life with trips to California, Europe and British Columbia. Diane dearly cherished her four granddaughters, Christina, Sarah, Sabrina, and Amy. They were the love of her life, and she always looked forward to their visits. Diane is survived by her husband John; her son Don and his wife Andrea, her son Paul, her son Jeff and his wife Laura, and her son Gregory. Diane is also survived by her mother Jeanne Cyrenne; her brother Claude and his wife Joan, her brother Ron and his wife Gloria, her brother Phil and his wife Michelle, her brother Albert, all of Winnipeg; and her sister Lisa and her partner Dave, of Edmonton. Diane was predeceased by her father Lucien and her brother Guy. A Celebration of Diane’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
