A “LADY” is defined as “A well-mannered and considerate woman”. When we cam to Calgary 38 yrs ago we were welcomed with a hug and a big smile from Phil as her extended family. She really cared about people. Our definition of a LADY is “Felicia Anne Pedhirney”. God bless you Phil and we are thankful for being part of your family which meant so much to you………….
