Dear Hugo and family.

I am very sorry to hear of Ruth’s death. I did see her in Whitehorn and knew she was struggling at times with her health. After she left Whitehorn I tried to track her down, but I don’t think I persued it hard enough and I’m sorry about that as she was within walking distance of my house.

Please give my condolences to Betty and all the family.
