Jessie was one of those very special people that carve a corner out in your heart. She was a delightfully unique and special individual. She passed on many wonderful qualities to her daughter’s one of those being how to be a wonderful friend. I have been the benefit of that and will forever be grateful to her. It was my pleasure to visit with her when I was out seeing my good friends Karen, Tim and Kelly and we had many good times and laughs together. Her love of life and enthusiasm were contagious. Our sympathies go out to her family and friends.

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Jessie, our dear family friend for over 53 years.

Jessie was a kind and gentle person with great strength of character and a wonderful Scottish spirit.

We spent many family vacations together in our younger years and benefitted greatly from her friendship. In particular, Jessie was noted for her supply of hand-knitted baby blankets to all of the new-born additions to her friends families. She could also be counted upon to produce her baking specialties of banana bread and cherry loaf on all suitable occasions.

Jessie was a dear soul and will always be remembered.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to the family of Jessie Currie. It was our pleasure to have known her for some 4o years. We had many fun times together. Keep in mind “HE” only takes the best.
