Our deepest condolences for the passing of your dear father and grandfather Joe. I (George) grew up with Pauline and knew Joe in High School, May His Soul Rest in Peace.

I started with the CFD in 1968, although I was on a different shift than your father I got to know him because the department was smaller and everyone knew everyone somewhat. Your Dad had no airs about him what you saw is what you got. He was a good, reliable, concientious worker and easy to make friends with. Although I knew him only at work I know he made a valuable contribution to the CFD.
