So very sorry to learn of your loss of Phil, and that it happened so suddenly. Life can have some cruel turns periodically, may your family and many relatives and friends see you through this dark time.
Phil was a kind, generous soul. He did alot for Mike and I on the house deal…and we are deeply saddened that he didn’t get to see the finished product.

I was so sorry to hear about Phil’s passing. I remember all the years that Phil and Jim worked together in Real Estate. Phil was a very kind and genuine person. My sympathy goes out to the family.
Although we haven’t seen very much of each other since then, Phil was my best friend and companion in our childhood and I have often missed since then his sympathetic attention and ready wit, as well as his willingness to participate in all kinds of adventures in a world now mostly gone. We heard about your loss soon afterwards from our dear friends, Betty & Bob Scott. It was a real shock but the last few hours have allowed us to remember Phil with wonderful memories of his gentle nature and incredible humour.
At our many gatherings to enjoy commardarie and refreshments we can look back and smile at the privilige of having Phil as a dear friend. He will be missed.
