Condolences
As a University Geology classmate of George and later running samples together at the Conservation Board I always enjoyed his wit and wisdom. Alberta has lost another great citizen and I know his family must be proud of him.
God Bless

Sorry to hear of George’s passing. He was such a great person to work with and I will remember him with fondness.
Condolences to Ruby and the family,

Ruby, I was very sorry to hear of George’s passing. I worked for him at Home Oil in the mid-1980’s. He was a terrific manager and co-worker. I will never forget the day he had to lay me off from the organization. His eyes were filled with tears and he was so sad. That was a difficult day for him, I know.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences. I will remember him for his big, open smile, his sense of humor, his kindness to his staff, and his willingness to show his emotions. I have thought of him often over the years.

Dear Ruby & Family,
Please accept our sincere sympathy on George’s passing. George always had a happy smile for everyone and was indeed so pleasant to speak with. We liked him very much.
Sincerely,

I am very sorry for your loss. George’s knowledge, careful wisdom and kind encouragement will be missed. Delivered many years ago, his patient constructive advice remains as relevant today as then. “I just want my lawn cut,” George said, but the common sense message: “deliver on commitments without excuses” is something many of us need(ed) to hear.
George was a good man and I am so very sorry to see him go. I remember him well from the time my father worked with him at Home Oil.
May God comfort you in your loss. I will always remember your friendliness to us. You were great neighbors. Vivian
To my friend Larry and all the Fong Family: It is with great sadness that I heard of the passing of Mr. Fong. Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your father. I wish I could be with you on Friday but I have family commitments out of town. I will be thinking of all of you this weekend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
