Obituary of Shirley Gwendolyn Agar DUCKETT

January 14, 1922 – August 5, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Gwendolyn Duckett on August 5, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Above all, her family was always first, nothing made her happier than spending time with her kids or grandkids. We all cherish the strong sense of family that she so proudly displayed for us. We will all miss her dearly. You will forever be in our hearts and we will find comfort in knowing that you will be with us always in spirit. Shirley will be sorely missed by her children, Wendy Gromniski (Tony), David Duckett (Sheila), Glynis Husson (Sergio); grandchildren, Corey and Tyler Husson, Steven and Lindsey Duckett all of Calgary. She is survived by her brother Glen and sister-in-law Margaret Hamilton of Kelowna, BC; brother-in-law Don Moss of Duncan, BC; loving nieces Linda, Aurora, Merilynn (Paul) and nephews Wayne (Linda), Bruce and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Bill; her parents Alvin and Lillian Hamilton; and her sister-in-law Christina Moss. A Private family service will be held.
