Condolences
I only just found out about Evas’ passing. She was one of my favorite clients, as I had the opportunity to do her hair for her for over 30 years. Through the years she became like family to me. Her loyalty, friendship and pure honesty was overwhelming at times, as I was very grateful to her support. Through her struggle with the cancer she proved her unwavering determination, positiveness and strength. She will always be remembered by those who knew her and I will never forget Eva. My condolenses go out to Bernie, Neil, Allan, Ian and Sheilah and their spouses, children and grand-children, all of whom she admired and loved with reverence.

I was saddened to learn of Eva’s passing. My sincerest condolences to the Sherrington family.
We were all so sad and sorry to hear about Eva. She was so full of life and as her New York daughter I will miss her terribly. From the first time we met her in California to the times when she opened her home and heart when we visited, we all have wonderful memories of the truly amazing lady that she was (and Danny still has his stuffed llama!) Our deepest condolences to all the members of our Canadian family….you all mean so much to us and we are so sorry for your loss. Miriam, Bob, Lyndsey and Danny Lovinger

Sheliah, Neal, Allan, Ian and family,
My heart breaks for all of you. I was so looking forward to seeing your Mom again after so many years away from Calgary. My thoughts are with you all.
We were sad to hear the news. Please know you are in our hearts. We are thinking of you all.

Auntie Eva was the ‘MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE WORLD’ to me. I adored her and her wonderful life style since I was old enough to realize that she was my Auntie! Through the many years of our lives – we just knew we are ‘family’ – but not connecting until Family Reunions, weddings and deaths.
Eva lived graciously and lovingly, cared for her family and put forth heritage energy – I do not know if she could make Pault!
My most sincere love and understanding of Mom’s loss. Mom Eva will indeed join Ian, her sisters and brothers, and Ma and Pa – they were all such wonderful family.
May I put forward a request? When you decide on a date for a Memorial Service for Mom, I am away until September 17th and I will really want to bring Auntie Evelyn to Calgary. Please let me know if this is feasible.
My love and most special feelings!
Lorna Radke (Bergstrom)
We send our sincere sympathy and condolences to all the family at this very sad time
Eva was one of the first members of the golf club whom we met on moving West. She gave us a warm welcome and smile and will be long remembered for her gracious spirit.

To Eva’s family I offer my most sincere condolence. I only met Eva on two occasions but I’m a friend of Bernie and I want to extend to him my heartfelt sympathy for his great loss. I was always impressed that, when Bernie spoke of Eva, he did so in the most respectful and loving way. It seemed that Bernie and Eva had a great partnership. Bernie, may the many fond memories you have of your time together help sustain you in the days, weeks and months ahead. Sincerely,
Don

Dear Al, Val and Kimmy,
I am so sorry to hear Eva lost her battle, she was a brave woman. I have in my heart a picture of her that I will keep with me always. I am so very sorry for your loss. Time heals the hurt of losing your mom, but it sure takes a while; I will be over soon to drink a toast to Eva and to give you all a hug. Love you all; Lorna. xoxox
To Ian Jr and family.
My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. Eva….. the ever strong, loving Swede. I always looked forward to our get togethers. Then….the skins games on the golf course. Eva was bringing her full game when we played. Loved the humor of your mother and her commitment in all aspects of her life. Jingle those keys SR. Eva will be with you again.
Thinking of you Barb Davies and the Davies family
