Dear Mrs. Bonneau and family, my sincere and heartfelt condolences. I knew Chris many years ago while attending St. Greg’s junior high school. Even then Chris had an amazing sense of humor and was kind to those he was friends with. I saw him now and again at the Foothills Hospital where I work and it was as if time had stood still for him as he was so energetic and happy. I’ll remember his antics and kindness. Peace and prayers to you during this difficult time and God Bless.

Chris always had a smile and loved being at the track. A great ambassador for mx and just an all around good guy. The sport in Calgary was blessed to have him, the people were lucky to have known Chris. It was rare to go to a race and not see Chris involved. My sons Marty and Duane and I had lunch today and talked about Chris, God bless a good man.
To Mr.and Mrs.Bonneau, Anne and family, I was fortunate to race with Chris back in the the early 1980’s. We raced in junior, intermediate, and then pro together. Chris was a joy to ride with and I have many great memories of those weekends . I then lost touch with Chris for over 20 years. I just recently got back into racing again (vet) and that is when I became in contact with Chris again. Chris impacted myself and so many people in a positive way, and I want to thank him for that. He will always be in our hearts, and from myself, my father and mother (Andy and Rachel) Lajeunesse we offer our deepest condolences in this time. God Bless, and see you on the other side brother.
To all the family of Chris: We were so glad to have had the privilage of knowing him. Even though he had the same thing, he still found it in his heart to visit Ted in the hospital when Ted was failing. He brought us the nicest yellow mum plant that I kept for a long time. I’m sure Chris and Ted will be racing across the Heavens together.
Anne, kids and Mr. and Mrs. Bonneau,
Please accept our condolences. Chris was a really good guy. I remember the first time I met him when my brother and I were looking at his ’88 KX250 at his house. Ever since then we have been friends. I will always cherish the battles Chris and I had in the Vet Master class as well. Take care, we love you. Let us know if you need anything. Trevor and Andrea.
So sorry to hear about Chris. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. May your memories provide you with comfort at this time of loss. Chris always provided a bright spot in my day when he came to pick up his shipments at Greyhound. It was a pleasure to have spent time serving and chatting with him. My thoughts are with you all.
God Bless,

Mrs. Bonneau,
You don’t know me, but I grew up with Chris, having lived on Governor Drive when we were both younger. I spent a bit of time with Chris in his garage when he was just starting to get into motocross and admired him for knowing that that was what he loved even at such a young age. Many people aren’t so fortunate to have such strength of conviction or passion.
I am now very sorry to have lost contact with him during high school, now so many years ago.
I hope that you can at least take some comfort in the condolences you are receiving. It sounds as though Chris continued to make a positive impact on those around him, as he did when we were growing up. Please know that some of his closest childhood friends from elementary and junior high have been deeply saddened to hear the shocking news that he has passed.
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
