Condolences
We were very sorry to read about Bill’s passing. He and Dad were fellow police officers for many years, in fact they joined the force in the same year. Anne, you and Bill were such a wonderful couple, and great friends of Mom and Dad. You all had such fun getting all dressed up and going to the Police Ball. We went with you one year and had a great time. Do you remember the BBQ’s and the anniversary parties at Mom and Dad’s? Fond memories. I’m not sure if you know that Dad passed away on January 11, 2011, of heart failure at one month short of his 92 birthday. We miss him terribly, just as I’m sure you will miss Bill. They had good lives well lived. Pat (Kwasny) Goodwin

I will be unable to attend the service, but do want you to know I respected your father and enjoyed working with him on the department in the 1970’s. We shared some memorable experiences and he was always a likeable person to work with as a senior officer (Sgt)of mine. Give me a call some day and we can share some of those memories. 403-680-7061 Barrie Roberts.

Our sincere condolences to the family on Bill’s passing. I worked with Bill on the police force for a short time (1969 to 1977) and enjoyed his laughter, sense of humour and warm smile. We wish you much strength at this difficult time.
So sorry for your loss, Bill was a great Police Man and an inspiration to us all.

My most sincere condolences. Many years ago, Bill was my patrol Sargeant when I first started to walk the beat. He was extremely considerate when the weather was too inclement for man or beast.

Condolences to the Angus family on Bill’s passing…He was a great mentor and friend to me as a rookie Officer. I will always remember his great attitude and smile.
Deepest regards.
A full life, well lived and a loss to all! I personally had the opportunity to work with Bill and after his retirement to meet with he and great friend, Bob Hay for coffee in Okotoks. They will tip one for us, so all is well there. May the family find peace and blessings in the wonderful memories he leaves behind.
