Condolences
Dear Shirley and Family,
Very sorry to hear of Stu’s passing. Although I hadn’t seen him for probably 35 years, I fondly remember spending my summers at Mable Lake water skiing and getting into all sorts of mischief with my buddy Stu.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
So shocked and an ache in my heart for you and the children. Whenever I go down memory lane I always arrive at Mabel Lake and Stu. He made every day there an adventure. From water skiing, kick the can, teaching me how to drive a standard (which I drove backwards into a mountain) also how big of a crush he had for you Shirley. I am very fortunate to have known my cousin Stu, let there be comfort for you and for all us in this huge family of ours.
Dear Shirley and family,
So Sorry to hear of Stuart’s passing. We are thinking of you with deepest sympathy.
To the van der Lee family:
It is with deep sorrow that I learned of Stuart’s passing. He was a former student of mine at HWW and then, after I retired from teaching, he was my boss at Generation Financial. He was a wonderful person and my thoughts are with you at this time of sadness. He touched many lives and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Dear Shirley and family,
Tina and I were both saddened to hear of Stuart’s passing. We will always remember him for his wonderful sense of humour and good natured approach to life. He will definitely be missed and always remembered fondly.
With our deepest sympathy,
Michael and Tina van der Lee
To Dave, Kathleen and family:
Our sincere condolences on the death of Dave’s brother.

Dear Shirley and family,
Our hearts ache with Stu’s passing. What an unbelievably special man! We feel so lucky to have met you both and can’t believe how fortunate we were to find lifelong friends at such a time in all of our lives. How on earth did we manage to cram a lifetime of fun into six weeks? We love you all and you know that Stuart will always be close in our hearts and prayers.
Love,
Jane and Bruce Holtan
Dear Shirley, Stuart, Fietje & Garrick,
It is with very heavy hearts that we send this email to you. We loved Stuart and enjoyed seeing him every summer at Mabel. We will always remember his joking ways and carisma. He always had a “hello” for us. We only got water skiing with him a few times, he could put up a “wall”.
We will miss him.
Sincerely
