Condolences
My deepest sympathy to your family. I was in “Especially for Pets” today getting our beloved bulldog Lucy’s nails done when I was informed of the sad news. I am in absolute shock! Rita was such an amazing person and the best bulldog breeder of all time. We met Rita over 6 years ago when we interviewed for the purchase of our 1st bulldog Lucy. I will never forget that day. Rita was so full of energy, life and passion!!! I have never seen so much bulldog stuff. I have started my own bulldog stuff collection and friends always say that Ben and I are turning into Rita and Bill. Which is the highest compliment. I will never forget Rita. The first 2 legged mom for my baby girl Lucy. Ben and I looked so forward to our regular visits and telephone calls. We loved talking about bulldogs and of course Rita always brought up politics!!! We will miss Rita dearly. My heart is heavy with sadness. Please take care and know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. With love, Maggie, Ben, our two legged kids- Jake and Myla and of course of four legged kid- Lucy (Lulu). Please let us know if there is ANYTHING your family needs.
Bill and family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences. It has already been some twenty years since I met Bill and Rita when I worked for Lila Anderson. You both guided me through the purchase of my home and other legal matters. Rita always remembered me when I called and sounded so glad to hear from me again. We always caught up on the news as if it was just yesterday that we had chatted. So many things have changed since then but I recall those times with great fondness. Bill, many people are mourning with you and treasuring Rita’s memory. Take care.
Our deepest condolences to Bill and family. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. We will miss her wit and humor. We loved having her come to the restaurant for her Vietnamese fix. She will truly be missed by the Houssaine family.
Sending you my deepest condolences. I am so sorry for your loss. Rita was quite the character, the mold might have been broken on that one. Bill, Sean, Will and Evi you are in my prayers.
Although I only met your wife, mother, sister and grandmother once she really left an impact on me. I was looking forward to my invited visit to her house for a coffee and to meet her beloved dogs!! It amazes me how much one visit and meeting can impact my life so much. I am thinking of you and please do not hesitate to call on me if I can help in any way.

Dear Bill and Family,
Such very sad news. We had so much fun over the years. Rita will be missed in so many ways – but I will always cherish the memories…
With heartfelt sorrow and condolences especially to you Bill.
Fondly,
Geraldine Swierzy
My deepest sympathy to Bill and your family. Rita’s sudden passing has shocked many included her friends in the dog world. Although not a tall woman, Rita was head and shoulders above, a force hard to ignore, funny, entertaining, passionate about her Bulldogs, loyal, honest direct and most assuredly one of a kind. The world is not quite as shiny without her in it.
To Mr. Rollins, Sean, Bill and Evvi-lynn…
My Thoughts are you you all. I am ever so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Rollins was one of the sweetest person I had ever known..
God Bless!!!

Bill, my sincere condolences to you and your family. Rita’s directness and humour will be remembered by all who met her.
Rita was a great-Springbanker. I will miss her honest opinions.

Sincere condolences to Bill and family.
This has been such a shock. I am so sad about the passing of “The Pistol” which was the name my Dad used to call Rita. Always a straight shooter with an insightful quick response and a great sense of humour.
Rita was always there at the end of a phone to give me wise advice about dogs
and talk through other problems over the last 25 years. She will truly be missed by her many friends.
Sean, Evvi and William and also Bill I can’t say how much we grieved when we heard the news of Rita’s passing. With Bill being ill in the past few months, this must have been a terrible blow for you all, especially so suddenly.
I had expected to enjoy many more years of her humor and friendship. She was such a wonderful friend and mentor for me.
Rita always had words of wisdom and a positive way of looking at things. She also had that wonderful sense of humor.
The dog people in this corner of the world will greatly miss her.
I certainly am grateful for quality and agility of my two dogs and would hope others will follow in Rita’s footsteps in providing the public with healthy bulldogs.
We are thinking of you all, especially Bill.
It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we learned of the loss of our dear friend Rita.
Our sincere condolances to Bill and family.
We will miss her dearly, she always had a good story and made us laugh and to realize life is fun.

My thoughts are with you all at this very sad time.
Rita, Rita, Rita. We will never forget you. How you said it like it was and never missed a beat. Thank you for sharing yours and Bill’s bulldog passion with the world. Our little Franki will remind us of you everyday. Your encouragement with our photo business and no nonsense approach to life were greatly admired and we never forget your protective nature when it came to the bullies. Many a judge has quaked in their boots and will not know what to do with themselves in your absence. Rita you were one in a million a true champion and best in show!
Bill, family and bullies you are in our thoughts and prayers. Love Megan and Rhett
