Condolences
Maureen and family,
I am deeply sadden by hearing Bob has left us. He has been a great mentor and a true canadian in building one of the great business organization in Calgary , which is the HKCBA. He has been my mentor through all these years and I know that his spirit will always be with us and with the association. My deepest condolence to the family.
On behalf of all of Bob’s many friends across Canada at the Hong Kong-Canada Business Association, our sincere condolences to Maureen and Family. Bob was a driving force behind the formation of this organization, along with such notables as Fred Peacock, John Armstrong, Hugh Woolner and Albert Wong, and as a testament to his foresight, the Association recently celebrated it’s 25th Anniversary. Bob’s energy, keen insights, enthusiasm, forthright manner and community spirit will be sorely missed by all who came to know him in business and as a humble and loyal friend. Rest well old friend and know that your legacy lives amongst us!
Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time.

Maureen my deepest sympathy to you and the family at this time and my thoughts are really with you. I am proud to have known Bob and to have considered him to be a good friend. I am so sorry I can’t be there to show my respect but you know my thoughts and prayers will be with you and Bob. I think he is finally free and hopefully will have a scotch or two now. All my love to you and the family. Steve Cochrane
