I have just found out today (25JAN2012)of Roy’s passing. I am so sorry to hear of your loss & mine also. I had not seen Roy since about 1961 when I was 11 years old. But I always remembered him as my hero who helped this little kid get out of a few sticky issues with my Mom(like helping me eat all the bread crusts that my Mom had saved for me to eat). I think Roy ate all of them for me. And he always promised to wait for me to grow up and then he would marry me. I have many fond memories of Roy and his Dad Slim. Just had to send this email as they were both very important people in my life.. My thoughts will be with you @ your loss of such a great cowboy!!!!
