Obituary of FENTON – Roy
March 24, 1924 – April 27, 2011
Roy Fenton passed away on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at the age of 87 years.
Roy was over 6 feet of true Cowboy. His first and true love was horses. From chasing the chuck wagons, to chasing cows, or driving a team, he did it with a love and passion that was truly unconditional. His life experiences brought us all stories of laughter and intrigue that will be truly missed by all. Roy was the first person to say his life was a hard one, but there was never a moment in it that he would have traded. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
Roy is survived by a brother Lynn Fenton; sister and brother-in-law Frances and Alf Dionne; as well as many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and numerous cousins and relatives. Roy was predeceased by his parents Mabel and Slim Fenton; sister Joy Elliott; and sister-in-law Dorothy Fenton.
