Obituary of FUHRMANN – Lydia Elizabeth Ann

October 2, 1945 – April 12, 2011 Bette Fuhrmann, beloved wife of Rubin Fuhrmann and mother of Scott Fuhrmann of Calgary, passed away following a brave battle with cancer, on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the age of 65 years. Bette was born in Woodstock, ON and was raised in Brandon, MB. She married Rubin on April 17, 1965 in Regina, SK. They later resided in Edmonton, Saskatoon and Coquitlam before moving to Calgary in July, 2001. Bette’s career was in the legal field and enjoyed her tenure with Bennett Jones in Calgary. Bette is survived by her loving husband Rubin and son Scott, a brother Allan (Ann) Robinson, a sister Lynne (Lynn) Wright as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her mother Violet Robinson, her father Thomas Robinson, her step mother Edith Robinson, a brother Louis Robinson and a sister Patsy. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.), on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Hawkwood Baptist Fellowship, (20 Hawkwood Drive N.W.), Calgary, on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. You may forward condolences through .
