Condolences
Dear Uncle Sean and Aunty Gloria,
Mum and I would just like to say how truly sorry we are about the loss of Michelle. At times like this words seem so inadequate.
All friends and family and all of those who care for you are wishing.
If only companionship could ease the hurt.
If only caring from others could lessen the pain.
If only friendship could shorten the time to recover.
If only understanding could stay the tears.
If only they would.
Doug, Connor and Ethan;
We were saddened to hear of Michelle’s passing and of your loss. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all the people who’s lives she touched. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Doug, Connor and Ethan,
We are so sorry about about the passing of your wife and mother. This is truly an unspeakable loss. Our thoughts are with you always. Michele was very special to us. I will always remember being there when you first met Michele after the Oilers won their last Cup, and of course the hot tub party a few nights later. I regret that we couldn’t see each other more often, but I do hold dear the fact that we were able to maintain our friendships over the years. We wish we could have done more for you guys over the past few months, but are comforted by the fact that you have a wonderful family and circle of friends in Calgary who were able to provide the support needed.

I cannot imagine how hard it is to say good-bye to your Michele. I did not know her well, but each time I had opportunity to visit with her, I always felt good….she had such a positive energy, that just made me feel good to be around her.
These last few years have been so hard for you. Even though I have not seen you or let you know, I have been praying for all of you. I will continue to do so, knowing that the spirit of her presence will bring you peace.
I am not able to be with you for the funeral service, but will pray for you and for Michele.
Peace.

To: Doug, Connor and Ethan Muench:
Just a note to express my condolences on the passing of your dear wife and mother. I only met Michele once while watching a hockey game when Connor and my grandson, Aaron Archer were playing. I introduced myself and she recognized me as Chyenne Archer’s mother-in-law. As a result we had a wonderful conversation sharing our journey of faith as we walked through the valley of cancer. Me, with lmy son, Dale and she with her own diagnoses. I asked Chyenne frequently about Michele and was grieved to learn of her passing. However, that one conversation joined us as fellow believers in God who has promised to be with us through all the trials of life. May that same faith sustain you throughout the coming days, weeks and years. My prayer for you is that God will give you strength to face the future knowing that your loved one is with Our Heavenly Father, Sincerely, Darlene Archer
Doug, Connor, Ethan, your parents and your wonderful family and circle of friends,
Now and again, a patient I nurse touches my life in a very special way. It’s a connection I had with Michele. It was a gift to be able to take care of her, a pleasure to do anything for your family, and I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to be part of that wonderful team taking care of her. From the time I listened to the special choral music she had playing at her bedside, to trying to get a smoothy machine to work in the kitchen, to watching, with awe, at your commitment to really care about her comfort 24 hours a day, I was struck by this same deep connection you all had with each other and she had with you. Many times she mentioned how blessed she was to have you all in her life. My deepest condolences to you at this time. Reading the obituary is another reminder of just how much of a loss this is to all of you and I am so sorry for that. May the memories you have of her, her indomitable spirit and the legacy she has left you, be a comfort to you all in the future.
With sincere sympathy,
Mandy

When I think of Michele, I remember the girl who sat in front of me in chemistry in high school, the woman who planned a fabulous 15 year reunion, but most of all, a friend who supported me when a very close friend was battling cancer. Despite the challenges she was facing, Michele always took time to be there for me. She was truly an amazing woman, my thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

We wish you our deepest condolences. Michele was such a fantastic tutor for Nick for over 7 years. She always had a special snack for him when we would arrive. She knew how much he loves iced tea and would have some there ready and waiting. I met Michele at ST.Peter’s Mothers support group and we had many conversations together about our family’s. She will always carry a place in our hearts. She will be missed.
With love, The Felber family
Gloria, Sean, Doug, Connor and Ethan . . . Please accept our sincere sympathy and prayers for Michele.

Dear Doug, Connor, Ethan & family,
Although my time shared with Michele never quite made it past our visits at the boys Sunnyhill clinic, I will treasure every moment. So much laughter we shared about hairstyles and raw food diets but mostly about the love for our children and their endless activities. I will carry her in my heart always. I’m so sorry for your loss, Lisa
