Dear Merv and family,
I was so saddened to see Cec’s obituary in the Edmonton Journal this week, and I send you my deepest condolences on her death. This small verse has been a source of comfort for me since Reubin passed away and I would like to share it with you.
Those we love don’t go away,
They walk beside us every day;
Unseen, unheard, always near,
Still missed, still loved, and very dear

Dear Roberta:
Our thoughts are with you and your family as you grieve the loss of your mother. May you find comfort in meeting with friends and family. Drink in the care that they shower on you. May you find healing for your pain in time. Wishing you peace and wholeness in the same generous measure as you have given to others.
