Dear Lois and Family,
“May those beautiful yesterdays help to ease the sadness of today”. Although we don’t know each other very well, being a distance 2nd cousin reading Bruce Barkley’s name in the paper today, brought back fond memories from my childhood, and remembering seeing Bruce at my mothers (Oleta) memorial, and just knowing he was a Barkley brought me comfort then. Sending you Sympathy and Wishing you Comfort. Robin

Lois and your family, our sincere condolences on the loss of Bruce. Our families go back many many years to the Brushy Ridge/Springbank farming community in the 1940’s, and I remember Bruce as a teenager when Bernard and I were real youngsters. It’s so sad when “era’s” end but life goes on and we wish you and your family all the best in the future…..Fred and Betty Callaway
