Dear Shawna, Meagan, Gordon, Dave, Harriet and family:
Please accept our sincere condolences during this time. While Brent will be greatly missed by many, please remember that one’s passing cannot remove memories as they last forever. Knowing and growing up with Brent I have many great memories of his friendship, humour, kindness, and regard for others. I believe this is what made Brent who he was – a good man to all who knew him. I’m sure that a bit of Brent is in all who knew him.
Whenever we conversed in recent years it was so good to hear the youthful joy and excitement in Brent’s voice that can only be present when there is so much love in ones heart. Brent made it clear that his love and devotion was for Shawna and Meagan, his true North in life.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.
Sincerely, Bob & Debbie Court
Shawna, I have no words to express how sorry we are for your loss. Our thoughts are with you and Meagan.
My thoughts go out to your family at this time. Brent was a great man and one of the most inspirational people that I have ever met. He taught me ethics while he was at DeVry and I could not imagine a better professor than him in that class. He was involving and bright. He will be missed greatly. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
Hello,
I was very saddened to hear of Brent’s passing. I worked with Brent at the University of Phoenix. Brent was a very warm and caring person, and helped me to get organized with teaching courses at the UPhx. I really appreciated his assistance, and we traded notes from time to time. Brent grew up in Haysboro and knew my wife Karen and my brother in law Paul Glatthor when they were all children in grade school and I believe on up in to high school. Please accept our condolences from the Brown and Glatthor families.
I am so very sorry to hear of the untimely passing of Brent. I was a student of Brent’s originally and then became a colleague. I will always remember him for his chuckle and contagious smile that was always on his face. My deepest thoughts and condolences go out to the entire family and all those in mourning. May he rest in peace.
I was a close friend of Brent’s mother.
I am sorry for your loss and I have you in my prayers.
Your friend Rod.
Shawna and Megan,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Brent was genuine and had an obvious passion for people. I will remember him as a sincere and considerate man.
