Condolences
Ed, I was deeply saddened to return home and hear about Aunt Adelle. She was a great lady. I’ll always remember her for her handiwork (especially a small pink dress she made for Pam) She was always there for everyone. I fondly remember our camping trip together to B.C. Like Judie, I too still use her recipes.
Memories of her will be with me always.
My love, Shirley
Uncle Ed, my heart is with you at this very sad time. Aunt Adelle is at peace at last and for that we are grateful. All the same, I cannot help but feel a huge loss as she was so very wonderful. She was truly a gracious, gentle, giving, wise, and wonderful lady and the best aunt anyone could ever have; I loved her so very much. I am so sorry that I cannot be with you for her memorial but I know you understand. I am not there in person but most certainly there in my heart.
With much love from us all
Joanne, Doug, Dianna, and Amanda
Adelle was a dear friend and neighbour for many years in Lakeview. Jean remembers shared Couples Club activities and many events at Central United Church where Adelle was such a fine speaker and tireless worker. We have many fond memories of evenings and meals together and special family celebrations shared. Our sincere condolences to you, Ed and family. Please keep in touch with us as we very much enjoy the telephone conversations and, despite the distances, do hope to see you when possible.
With our love,
Jean, Mary, Austin & Christopher
Our deepest sympathies and condolences for the loss of Adelle.
Sincerely,
Gordon Routledge & family.
After such a long goodbye, my head says that Aunt Adelle is finally at peace, but my heart aches just the same. She was the first to welcome Kathy to our family, and even put up with my nonsense with a wry smile. I was pleased to be able to get a smile from her even when I visited her at the Beverly. I am sorry for your loss Uncle Ed, we will be there for you whenever you need us.
Fred & Kathy
Adelle was a very good nurse and many of us Public Health Nurses at Scarboro Clinic learned from her nursing experience. My condolence to her husband, Ed, and the extended family.
Sincerely.

We are deeply sorry for your loss Uncle Ed. You are in our thoughts and prayers. Aunt Adelle was a special lady with a caring and loving heart. We often remember our various holidays together and how much fun we had with you and Aunt Adelle – even the chuck wagon races in the rain at the Calgary Stampede was great fun as we shared it with the both of you! I still have recipes that I got from her on one of our trips and I think of her everytime I make them. She will always be remembered with many loving memories.
With much love,
Judie and Sieg

So sorry to hear about your loss Uncle Ed. I know my Dad thought the world of you both. He was always thinking of the two of you. And I know he would join me in offering his condolences.

Uncle Ed,
I am so deeply sorry for your loss, Aunt Adelle will be missed greatly. I have so many wonderful childhood memories of camping with the two of you and I will forever remember how excited I got when I would see your camper pull up. I will play hand and foot with Aunt Adelle in my dreams forever.
Love you always
Dianna
