Gary and Karen,
Through a very strange coincidence I heard of your Dad’s passing and wish to send you my sincere condolences. I also read that your Mom passed away only a few short months before your Dad. They were both so very kind to me back in the days and I want you to know that my thoughts and prayers are with you as this must have been a difficult year for you both. But with fond memories ..how your mom ever got all those gifts past customs … and the look on your Dad’s face…
There are memories I will never forget.
Blessings to you both and your families
Shelly

Sincere sympathy to family. We knew Alice and Peter through business and industry social events over many years. Unfortunately we are out of town and will not be able to attend his funeral.
Hi Gary,
Saw your Dad’s obituary in the Herald this week. I remember talking to him many times “back in the day” when you lived in Calgary. Great person, and I’m sure an even greater Dad. Take care, I’m sure you have many happy memories of both he and your mother.

Karen, Gary and families;
We heard today about your Dad’s passing. He was a longtime friend who we thought very highly of. We always enjoyed the social times we had together including lunches at the Ranchmens Club where your Dad would always order the oysters. Shelly and I were guests of your Mom & Dad many times at the Professional Club, those were special events. Peter was a good and caring man. We will miss him. Bill and Shelly Ketcheson.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I met Mr. Burford three years ago as a dental assistant at his dentist office. A smile would come across my face when I would see his name on the day sheet. As I looked forward to his many stories of the war and world travels. He was a very nice man who loved to talk. I will miss him. My prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family on your loss.
