Jean and family – Jack was well respected at Imperial and a friend. Our sincerest condolences.
I have fond memories of Jack’s gentle nature and fine sense of humour. His appreciation of nature was inspiring and is something I keep with me to this day. He will be missed. All my love to the Hogg family.

My condolences to Jean and family. Jack was a ready and obliging consultant on the wild flowers seen on Annuitant hikes. Those hiking years were a pleasure because of the company of both Jean and Jack.
Dear Jean and family. We have the fondest and warmest memories of Jack and our thoughts are with all of you as you bid him farewell.
I knew Jack at Imperial and ‘on the trail’. His friendship and leadership in both places was in a calm air of authority, presented with a subtle humor, which commanded attention and respect.
Hiking, which we both enjoyed, is where I knew more of Jack. He always acknowledged one with a nod and a smile. After the hike there would be an exchange of comments and mutual achievements.
Missed, yes! But respectfully remembered by all those fortunate enough to have known him.
