Condolences
Dear Mary Jane, Terry And Teresa
I was reading the obituary page on Friday Jan 7th and noticed the name McGowan and recognized your mother (Rene`s) picture. So sorry. My condolences to you all. Do you remember Aunty Anne. I am her neice from Coleman. I remember you all from our youthful days and often thought of you. My prayers and blessing to your family. Reading the obituary brought back many memories of your mother, father and family.

I was so saddened to hear of Maggie’s passing. I remember Maggie well in my early childhood days when I visited my Aunt Anne and Uncle Bill who were good neighbors and friends to Maggie and Charles. Terry, Theresa and I played together as children. My visits from the Crowsnest Pass were short but I felt much love in the McGowan home and have lovely fond memories of the McGowan family.
My deepest sympathy to the family.
Lorna Mochinski (nee Oliva)

Dear Colin,
I’m sorry to see that your grandmother passed away. I still have one of your stories from Grade 6 at HH school (1990?)

MARY JANE,
I’M SORRY YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ARE WALKING THROUGH THIS SORROW NOW. YOUR MOTHER WAS ALWAYS SO PLEASANT. KINDLY CONTACT ME WHEN YOU HAVE TIME LATER.
Though I hadn’t been in touch for several years I will always remember Maggie for her gentle kindness and unwavering support when I needed it. You never had to explain anything…she always seemed to understand. She was like a second mum for a while and I thought the world of her.
May you rest peacefullly in God’s arms, Maggie.
