Condolences
Betsy, Wilma, Jay and families,
Thinking of you all at this time. It’s hard to have lost both parents in one short period of time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Love, Kathryn, Jim and family
Thinking of you and your family. May I extend my condolences to all at this time.
Wilma, Betsy, Jay and families,
We were very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing, and our thoughts and prayers are with you. I’ll always cherish the times I enjoyed with your family while growing up.
Dear Jay, Betsy, Wilma, & families,
I was very sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing and would like to extend my deepest sympathy to you all. My Mother was Esa Jones (nee Tuttle), she was a chum of your Mom’s growing up in Vulcan. For years they corresponded through Christmas cards until my Mom passed away. My Mother held Evelyn in high regard. If you run across a picture of my Mom with your Mom I would love to get a copy. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jay, Betsy, Wilma and families,
We were so very sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. Our hearts go out to you. Although we’ve not seen you nor your Mom for years, we remember how dear and fun she was and wanted you to know that we feel for you during your time of grief. With sympathy and caring,
Dan and Di
I send condolences to Evelyn’s family. I’m so sorry I never had a chance to meet she and Bob because I heard so many wonderful things about them from my new cousin Linda Hart, found through my genealogy research. I’m happy to have shared some correspondence though and to have met Wilma when she visited Houston.
My thoughts are with your family today.
Harriet Awapara
Although it’s difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
Our sincerest,
Gerald & Jan Rutberg

My condolences to the family of Evelyn Black. The writer has fond memories of the time when Evey and I were fellow-workers at Henderson Teare & Waines. C A’s, many years ago.
From John Denholm.
Lois and I would like to extend our sincerest sympathy to the Black family. Our parents, Fay and Shirley Anderson, were great friends (and university classmates) with your parents and we fondly remember many good times with your folks. Your mother was a wonderful lady who will be missed.

Evy and Robert were such special people to all of the Leggats. Mom has so many good memories from Gleichen and other locations in Alberta where good times were spent playing bridge and enjoying the company of good friends. Evy will be deeply missed. Our thoughts are with all of the Black family.
