Alex and family. I was so sorry to hear about your Mom’s passing. I was over at Dad’s yesterday and we were busy reminiscing about the Thorburn’s and your Mom. I am sure you have many wonderful memories of your Mom and Dad.

Alex our thoughts are with you. We are sure glad we got to visit with Aunt Martha here this summer. I remember her always enjoying a single glass of scotch whenever we got together for dinners (even into her eighties) so I will tip a glass in memory of her at Christmas.

Alex, your mother Martha was a very special person who welcomed everyone into her heart. She had a special smile when Chantel, Christine, and Justin called her Grandma Smith. Sharon and I enjoyed many conversations with your mom. Your mother touched many lives, she may be gone but will not be forgotten
