Condolences
Luke and I can go back seventy years of remembering Bridget. And from our childhood days, we all grew up together. I think we were a wee family even then; going through school, leaving school, remembering her training for the nursing, her courtship then marriage to Pat and their leaving for Canada. In all the years that we knew her, she never stopped laughing and playing tricks. Her generosity to us was shown in so many ways and these attributes have been passed on to her family, who continue to show their love quite openly for us. She will be sadly missed on this side of the pond and I can sincerely say that aw’ Lochore and Ballingry send their condolences. Forever yours, Margaret and Luke, Moia, Danny and Roanne.
Bridget was a very special person. She
was very kind and she was a dedicated
devoted and hard working nurse and
loved her family.
Our deepest sympathies.Our thoughts and
prayers are with you.
Our deepest sympathy for the loss of your dear mother, Ellen-Anne and Eric
“May her soul rest in peace”.
Bridget welcomed me into her home over twenty years ago to celebrate the wedding of Ellen-Anne and Eric, and I saw immediately how children gravitated towards her when Victor and Matthew played havoc around that table in the living room.
She had a gentle soul and was much loved by those in her family and friends.
I am so glad I was able to take her nephew out to visit her in Calgary this past fall and those memories he and I will cherish.
“The summer sun has faded,
The year has grown old,
The winter winds will be much colder,
Now she’s not here.”
But the warmth of her smile will remain with us always.
Our deepest sympathies and much love.
Matthew & Don.
There’s so many things I will miss about my Aunty B, the memory that will stay with me the most is the smell of Dumpling baking in the oven, with all those dimes wrap in paper, and how she always told me my Dad was older than she, all the while, she snickered thinking I believed her…I did. She will be in my thoughts and I pray she is with the ones that are surely waiting her arrival, may you rest in peace.
My deepest condolences……your mom was a special person and I remember her from many years ago…..days on Botrel ave I believe…….
Your mother was a special person and will surely be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
And to Ellen-Ann…you will never be an orphan.
Love your Italian Mom
