Myself and everyone at Xtreme Hot Oil wish to express our sincere condolences to the Loewen Family. I have known Ken over a year and he is deelply respected and well liked by everyone in the oilfield Industry. He had a great interest in the success of his friends & family, wanted people to succeed and do well, much like himself. He was a great mentor in the Industry, and will be missed
Lee, I have never met you but I worked with your husband at Century Frac Services. As you are well aware Ken was quite the man and will not be soon forgotten! He was a great person who took pride in everything that he set out to do, he will be dearly missed. I find myself blessed to have known him and share in one of his many accomplishments.
My condolences to you and your family.

Ken was a true master in the art of possibility, an untamed spirit
He possessed many unique qualities which defined him and how he lived his life.
Courageous but with a clear view of reality, the ability to see the bigger picture
Motivated to gain knowledge and meet new challenges, but never at the expense of others
Disciplined to succeed at anything he directed his energy to
Successful because he listened to his intuitive side and was virtually always right to trust his instincts
Gifted in many areas not just a few
Creative, sensitive, a visionary
Able to uncover what is not obvious to most
Intelligent, with idealistic and original ideas, which enabled him to take risks and embark on new ventures
Able to relate to, and understand others easily and believe unconditionally in their potential
Commpassionate of others and unwilling to judge
Exceptionally caring and generous to a fault, rarely missing an opportunity to help
Husband, Father, Brother, Son and Uncle, Ken’s family was the cornerstone of his life
And equally important, Friend
Through his generosity and concern for others, Ken taught all of us what friendship and family really means
He has touched us all and we are all better people for having had him in our lives.
He and I talked often of his ultimate life role: GUARDIAN. Keeper, Protectotor. Watching over us, always
and finally as Kenny liked to say….. True Story
Karin and I are very sad for you and your families loss. Please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We have many fond memories of our times with Kenny. He will be missed dearly by us.
He was my friend

We are so sorry to hear about Kenny. It’s still hard to believe. I know it’s been a while since we all got together, but some of our best memories are in Calgary with the old Dowell gang. We really wanted to be there for the service, but are not going to be able to make it. Please know that we are thinking of you and if there is anything we can do for you, let us know.
Dear Lee,
