Condolences
Alan, Nancy, Peter and Families. I was very sorry to hear about your Mom. I was only with Karen a few times but always enjoyed her energy and sense of fun. Very sincerely, Lynne Siddle (nee
Brimacombe)
This lovely lady was my grade 3 teacher at Glengarry Elementary School in Calgary. It was probably her first teaching job when she graduated from University. She was quite young at the time. She had an impact on my life as I remember so much about her and the way she taught the class. She was my favorite teacher.
Sincerely,
Brenda Haener (nee Dunphy)
Peter, Nancy and Alan and your families.
My deepest condolences to you all. I was fortunate to have met your Mother and she was always kind, and gracious. I never saw her without a smile on her face.
She was a wonderful woman.
Peter

You will all miss your Mom. She was a fine lady and a loss to all.
Over the 40+ years that I had the pleasure of knowing Karen, she was not only beautiful but a caring woman with great poise, social grace and a wit second to none. I shall miss her.
My condolences to niece Nancy and nephews Alan and Peter.
I always felt it was an honour to help Karen with her interior design needs. Over the years we developed a friendship. She was a kind and funny lady. I will truly miss her and I feel a deep sense of loss with her passing. My thoughts are with her family.
Dear Peter,
Not sure if you remember me, you were in my class when Mr. Weir and I taught together.
I just heard about your mom. I am so sorry and I want you to know I am thinking of you and what you and your family must be going through right now.
Your mother was a great role model and was a wonderful cook. I still use her cookbooks regularly.
Please accept my condolences. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for you.
With Sincere Condolences,
Bev Browne
I was sad to read of Karen’s passing on Sunday. Although it has been many years since I spent time with Karen, I have many fond memories of our younger lives and times. May your family find peace in your loving memories of her.
