Condolences
It is May 2014 and just finding this out now. My condolencees go out to all that loved him. Sadly now I know why no replies, my heart has sunk. I was a long term friend all the way back to Regina (am now living in Vancouver), for more than twenty five years. Giles always had an optimistic view of life, a pillar of strength and kind hearted nature. People always liked him and gravitated towards him, although so long since we talked definitely brings many tears to my eyes as he left a very positive imprint on my life. I always figured no matter how much time passed we would catch up and last we had talked so many happy things. Prayers that he is happy on the other side. My deepest sympathy goes out to all that loved him. Words just don’t do justice.
Oh my goodness I am Gile’s cousin. My dad, Daniel was Giles’s uncle. No one informed us of his passing. I am reading this on facebook. Last time I and my brother Rick talked to Giles is when I head about Uncle Paul passing. Please give my condolences to all my relations. It is really too bad we all seem to have lost touch with each other.
Dear Hornung family & Cindy,
Only thru the internet have I just today learned of Giles passing. (after searching FB to say hello) I was deeply saddened even 20 years since knowing Giles. His light and presence will be greatly missed by many. God bless all.

I was deeply saddened to hear about Giles, I grew up with Giles on Yarnton Crescent in Regina and he was my best friend growing up. Over the years we lost contact with each other but I have wonderful memories of our childhood. God bless and I will miss you Giles, my thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
Dear Cindy,
Just heard about Giles passing. Please accept my sincere condolences and know you are in my prayers.
