Condolences
Hi Sharon, Sandy and families;
We enjoyed partying with your parents from 1964 on and I don’t know two people who had more fun, or, who enjoyed the simple things in life more. Some of us need to travel the world to find happiness, but they found theirs in their family, friends and their own back yard. They were great neighbors who were always there when needed. We remember them fondly and our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Much love, Graham and Darla
Dear Sharon, Sandy and family,
I just read about your Dad this afternoon and sorry I missed the celebration today. I have fond memories of your Dad and I know your family had a close friendship with my parents. I remember your Dad as a very giving person who enjoyed life and it is a pleasure to have known Jack.

Dear Sandy, Sharon and Families:
I have been touching on my memories of Jack, since I heard the news of his passing. He was a warm, wonderful man and a great boss. I hope you can take comfort from your own memories and the high regard we all had for Jack.

It was with great sadness that we read of Jack’s passing. As a newcomer to Canada in 1967 your father gave me a job when I had no experience in the oil industry. I was a new immigrant from England. He spoon fed me to eventually become a land agent. I would never have been in the oil industry if it weren’t for your father and never got to where I am today. He was the greatest boss and was my mentor. I had such great respect and appreciation for him. I know he will be greatly missed by so many. Please accept our deepest sympathy.

Our thoughts are with you and your families. Your dad was a great neighbour, always willing to help out.
I like to believe that when we lose someone close to us they still live through us and give us strength. The time we have spent with those we’ve lost makes them part of us.

Dear Sandy, Sharon & Families
It was many years ago, but I still have fond memories of a wonderful man who made me a better landman and a better person.
My thoughts are with you.
