Obituary of BACH – Verne Mildred Adella

October 9, 1927 – October 14, 2010 Verne Bach, beloved wife of Chris (Knud) Bach of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2010 at the age of 83 years. Verne was born in Cochrane, ON on October 9, 1927 and came to Calgary in 1948. She married Chris (Knud) in 1950 and together they had three children, Ralph, Jennifer and Tim. Verne gave support to her family, building a loving and safe home where everyone was welcome. Verne will be missed by family and many friends, but the memories will be fun to think about. Wherever you are, raise a glass of wine and think of her. Verne is survived by her loving husband Chris; sons Ralph, (wife Sharon) and Tim; grandchildren, Suzanne (Dave), Robin (Chris), Trever, Steve (Amanda), and Kristin (Mathew) as well as many friends who she considered family members. Verne was predeceased by her daughter Jennifer; and brothers, Ralph and Earnest.
