Condolences
Dear Glenna and family – my sincere sympathy for you all. I have great memories of sitting around with Leona trying to figure out the ins and outs of life while chaos reigned around us … she was a lovely person and I was happy to call her my friend for a time in my life. Take care. Jude
I got to know your Mom over the years of our friendship Tom and it was so nice to discover she had grown up in the Allan Hills south of Saskatoon and knew my family from the same area. I know she was a “tower of strength” for you and always had great advice for you. She’ll be greatly missed but not forgotten by all who knew her and loved her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family as you lay your Mom to rest. God Bless.
Dear Tom, Tuesday and Families:
We send you all our deepest sympathy on the passing of your Mother. It sounds like she had an amazing life and wonderful relationship with all her family and friends. She is reaping the Delights of Heaven now. God Rest Her Soul. Take Care.
Big Hugs in friendship,
Greg and Maureen Ramage
We are all the better for having known you, Leona. Thank-you for the great example you set and the advice you gave – Rest In Peace, Old Soul
You will always be Tommie to me. Our years at the Regina Grey Nuns Hospital will be forever a time of great memories, never to be forgotten. When I came from Montreal to Calgary you were the first Grey Nun grad I met, I felt like I was coming home again! You have been instrumental in organizing our alumnae dinners for years and have held our group together with love and caring. At our Regina re-union just ten days ago prayers were said for your recovery. Sadly, it was not to be and angels wrapped you in their loving arms and took you home.
Tommie, I will miss you.

Please accept my sincere sympathy on the loss of your dearly loved mother.
My thoughts are with you and your family in this most difficult of times.
Tom, I met your mom once and in that one visit I could feel her warmth and kindness. I am sorry for your loss and please know that my thoughts are with you and your family.
Steph
Leona was a rare and special woman who taught me so much … from the mundane task of correctly cutting my toenails to avoid ingrown nails to the grace and graciousness I witnessed as she held my hand and tried to put me at my ease as she lay sick in bed and I visited her for the last time. Heaven is celebrating the arrival of one of the great ones.
