Dear Darrell, Sean & Stacey,

All of us at work were saddened to hear of Shannon’s passing away. I did not directly work with Shannon for quite sometime now, but whenever I had the opportunity to visit with her, I enjoyed her sense of humor, and she also had a humorous take on a situation at work.

I would like to offer my deepest sympathy to all of you, and may God’s comforting embrace keep you close in the days ahead. I had every intention of attending the Celebration of Shannon’s life today, but have been housebound with the flu. But my thoughts were with all of you, and of Shannon.

It has been years since we last met but I have fond memories of you and Shannon from our earlier working together. I was very saddened by the news of Shannon’s passing.
