Condolences
Sorry to see you go, Smilin’ Jack, as you were always one of my favourites from the street.
All the best to the Merriman family.
Billy Allen
Our deepest sympathy and thanks for the great memories. With God’s love from Ken and Mary Cameron and family
To the Merriman’s:
Only months ago, Jack was coincidentally next to me on the treadmill at the Glencoe…we’d seen each other there a few times in the last couple of years (an unspoken interest in keeping our bodies healthy) and talked briefly as that social setting suggests…he was then and always a positive and wise influence on me and the Burns’.
May our families continue to keep the “best of friends” connection we’ve shared through the decades!
Our deepest condolences
Scott Burns
I am thinking of you all and remembering what a gentleman Jack was.
Sincere condolences,
Mark
To the Merrimans;
So sorry to hear the news. I have fond memories of Jack over the years, as your family have been close friends of the Gunns for a long time. I recall years of fun at Sylvan Lake and dinner parties in Calgary when everyone had so much fun; and what a great group of friends! We all have much to be thankful for, particularly our parents who have given us so much love. Sincere condolences, John Gunn
I was so sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. My thoughts are with you and the family. I will always remember Jack’s kindness to Bob.
Dear June, Kent, Kevin, Kerry and Jodi, and of course, the extended Merriman family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you all, and I only have the fondest of memories of your dad. I often talk with friends about growing up when we did, because there was something special about the people, time and location, and Jack Merriman was a key reason why. Remember those good times and cherish the memories.

To June, the Merriman Kids and Families,
Jack had the greatest smile and the kindest eyes. He was one of the friendliest Dads on Stanley Drive.
Fond Regards,
Nancy (Allen) Myers
I have many fond memories of growing up on Stanley Drive. I cannot count the many hours Kerry and I spent “playing” in the Merriman home. Mr. Merriman was always open to allow us the freedom to have fun. I know he will be sadly missed.
My deepest condolences to Kerry and all the members of the Merriman family.
Sincerely,

I had the pleasure of meeting Jack in 1963, and had the great pleasure of doing business with this fine business man until my retirement in 1992.
It was a pleasure June to see you and Jack at so many Electrical Contractors Conventions, where Pat and I had the priviledge of being guests, as suppliers.
To you and your family June, our most sincere condolences on your loss.
The industry has lost another great man!
