Obituary of MERRIMAN – Jack

Jack (Pa) passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 16, 2010. He is survived by his loving wife June (Powell) and four children, Kent, Kevin, Kerry (Donna) and Jodi (John) Bobenic. Pa is also survived by eight grandchildren – Shane, Jade (Ken) Davis, Clark, Kent, Jacqueline and Drew Merriman, Bret and Talia Bobenic. He was predeceased by grandsons Geoff Merriman and Cody Bobenic. Jack owned and operated Merriman Electric Ltd. for 48 years. He was one of the founders of The Electrical Contractors Association of Alberta and was their 1964/65 Calgary President. He was a long-time member of The Glencoe Club.
