Dear Mrs. Denoon.
Mr. Denoon was a long time friend of my father, John Wells Sr. I have lots of fond memories of the two of them together at the ice cream shop and at my parents’ home. I was fortunate to see Stan again just a few weeks ago at the Bowview Manor adult day program. We reminisced about my dad and he remembered him well. I am so sorry for your loss. Stan and my dad can now catch up as my father passed away in 1995.
Sincerely,
John Wells Jr.
Dear Judy and family

Sending our Sincerest Sympathy on the passing of Stan Denoon. My memories go back to the 1950’s, 60’s and 70’s as my Dad, Dave Mailer conducted cattle business with Parslow & Denoon as well as my husband and myself did business in the 1970’s at the original Calgary Stockyards. I recall many trips to the Sale Ring, the P & D office and shortvisits with Stan. Also our paths crossed at the ice cream shop in Bragg Creek in later years.
Stan was held in high regard by my late Dad, Dave Mailer as well as ourselves.
Sincerely,
George & Glenda (Mailer) Klinck
Dear Phyllis and family,
I’m sad to hear of Stan’s passing. He was such a great man … such a gentleman … such a kind heart … and a great sense of humor. His smile light up a room and everyone’s heart.
His great spirit touched many people. Testimony to this is how my friend Joe Gotfryd from Chicago still talks about the party at the Rotary House after the Calgary Stampede Auctioneer Championships. This had to be in about 1997. Stan was in the middle of everything laughing and telling jokes.
Stan was a true western gentleman.
My thoughts are with you.
Sincerely,
Mike Bracko
