Obituary of MacLEAN – Ann Marie

August 23, 1940 – September 9, 2010 Ann Marie MacLean of Calgary passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at the age of 70 years. Ann Marie was born in North Sydney, NS to the late John A. and Mary (nee Astephen) MacDonald. After finishing schooling in North Sydney, Ann Marie graduated from the Maritime College of Pharmacy. Her career included the areas of pharmacy, beauty culture, insurance, and real estate in both Nova Scotia and Alberta. She is survived by her husband Cecil Bernard; daughter Anna Maria (Patrick McMillan); grandchildren, Thomas and Claire McMillan all of Calgary; brother Donald (Eileen) MacDonald of New Glasgow, NS; sister Paula (Robert) Barwell of Cambridge, ON; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by infant daughters, Mary Beradette, Helen Ann, and Lisa Louise. A Funeral Mass in celebration of her life will take place at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church (1414 Shawnessy Boulevard S.W.) on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
