Condolences
Dear Linda and family
We are sad to hear of Leo’s passing. Although we only got to see you both once a year, he will be greatly missed
In 2000 Leo’s smile and calm demeanour were challeged when he encountered his first earthquake lying in his bath watching the newly formed waves slosh along the bathtub high over a Japanese city. Despite the challenge his smile and infectious laughter shone through.
His smile and gentle nature will be missed by all who knew him. Regards and condolences to Linda and family.

Leo,
You are the reason on why we are now living here in this beautiful country…You took us under your wings and guided us thru the adventure of settling in and that we will never ever forget.
You will be deeply missed but never forgotten… and rest in peace my friend

Leo first crossed my path about 30 years ago at Bechtel Canada in Edmonton, Alberta. We worked together for a while and laughed a lot.
Our paths crossed many times over the next years. Either he was looking for info or I was. We traded information many times over the years and one thing was always consistent and that was Leo’s ability to laugh at the silliness we called work.
Leo was well respected and truly liked by his peers and I personnaly will miss the times when our paths crossed.
My condolences to his family

On behalf of the Caruso family, I offer sincere condolences. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.
Dear Linda, Kelly & Kerrie: My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
My Precious Friend – Leo
I Wish I Could See You One More Time
Come Walking Through the Door
But, I Know That Is Impossible
I Will Hear Your Voice No More
I Know You Can Feel My Tears
And You Don’t Want Me To Cry
Yet, My Heart Is Broken
Because I Can’t Understand Why
Someone So Precious Had To Die
I Pray That God Will Give Me Strength
And Somehow Get Me Through
As I Struggle With This Heartache
That Was Caused By Losing You

My good friend Leo has passed, he is now free of pain and anguish, I am so pleased for that. I am so unhappy that I will not have opportunity to speak with him for awhile. Leo was a great person, kind, generous, warm, and friendly. Just the kind of person all would enjoy knowing. I had that pleasure for awhile. I do hope to see him again in future where we will revisit things we did and laughs we enjoyed together. I well recall when he and I were on the 15th hole of the
Awana Golf course in Malaysia, I had just hit a long, long drive that, unfortunately made a little turn towards the end. Leo, true to his, levity and competetive play said “Congratulations, I have never seen you hit such a magnificient and long drive”, I began smiling a bit, and he continued, “into the Jungle.” Yes, that was my friend Leo.
I wish Linda, Kerrie, and Kelly to know that they had a wonderful father, a man who was respected, envied, and emulated. May your hearts be stilled from sadness and pain, may you smile in knowing Leo is smiling on us all.
Darryl
