Condolences
David, Linda, Matthew, Darcy and Shannon. Amy, Jacob and Mason….I’m so lucky to have the greatest pleasure of being a friend of Jesse’s. He left a footprint in my heart that will always remain, although we only got to be around each other for a short time, I fell in love with his smile, his attitude on life, his family values and his drive to make the best of himself and his family. I’ll never forget playing wii fit with him and drinking protein shakes, and making me get up at 6 am every morning. I can still hear him laugh. And I can still hear his voice. My thoughts are with everyone.
Mr. And Mrs Tuer AND to the family!

I am deeply saddened to hear of Jesse’s passing.
I met him last summer in Nanaimo and he became a close friend. He had the biggest heart and was the best kind of friend you could have – loyal, supportive, and a wicked sense of humor.
He spoke so lovingly of his children and family, and had tremendous hopes and plans for them and for himself. He was such a good guy and I am incredibly fortunate to have known him.
I will keep him and his family in my thoughts, and will always remember him as a terrific friend.
David, Linda, Darcy, Shannon, and Matthew:

Dear David, Linda and Family
Our hearts ached when we heard about the recent passing of Jesse … we have such fond memories of him when he was growing up with our girls in Bonavista and Sundance. We always remember his smile and sense of humour and helping prepare Bill’s birthday cake one year … he was so proud.
Thinking of you at this difficult time,

David, Linda and Family; I want to extend my sincere condolences on the recent loss of your dear Jesse. Although I did not know him, I can only imagine the pain that you are in. I hope that special memories and photos will comfort you during difficult times. David, I remember you as such a kind man when I was fortunate enough to receive one of your Pan Canadian Student’s Choice awards many years ago. Jesse was fortunate to have had two such devoted and loving parents. I am so sorry for your loss.
Jesse, I only knew you for a short time but it was enough to see your heart and how big it really was. We had a lot of good laughs in a place where we didn’t think that was possible. Jesse, you were a good man and I know that God has taken you under his wing. I’ll miss ya, buddy. God Bless.
I am deeply saddened by this loss. Jesse was a great friend during our high school days at WIC and I fondly remember our weekly visits for wings. I have lots of fond memories of our friendship and will always remember him as a strong character full of energy.
My thoughts and prayers to his family and friends.
Parker
I am so sorry that you have lost Jesse… I have seen how you support each other and know that your son and brother will be dearly missed. My thoughts are with you.
Dear David, Linda and Family,
First of all, I hope that I have identified you correctly as the David Tuer whom I know from My 30+ years at PanCanadian/EnCana. If not, than please forgive me this intrusion.
My wife Sigrid and I would like to express our sincere sympathies as we can empathise with you. A little less than 2 years ago we lost our son Mark (34 years old) in a most tragic way. (He had just completed 10 years at PCP/EnCana). He was just married for 5 weeks at the time. It is said that parents should not have to bury their children, but that choise, sadly, is not ours.
We pray that the Good Lord will give you strength during this time of sorrow and help you as you grieve.
Mike and Sigrid Lochli
I worked with Jesse for a number of years, and remember him fondly. He will always have a special place in my heart.
He was a marvellous mixture of big heart, hot temper, sweetness and fierce glare. His sense of humour had no equal. He made me laugh more times than I can count, and his love for his family and especially his children was a wonderful thing to see. His appreciation for silliness was unbounded.
My condolences to his family and his many friends. My thoughts are with you all.
Sincerely,
Liz

Linda & David,
We are so sorry to hear of the loss of Jesse. We remember the young spirited boy who would come over and admire how many hammers and tools Bob had and how he would love to help Bob with whatever project was on the go. Our hearts break for you and the rest of the family. Please know that we are thinking of you.
My love, thoughts and prayers are with the whole family at this very sad time.
Dear David, Linda and family;
Ann & I are so very sorry to hear of Jesse’s passing. As you have requested in your loving memoriam notice, we are remembering the many happy times we shared with Jesse and Susan when they were together and the great laughter we shared, often sparked by his great sense of humour and unique take on life. When he and our son Ian got laughing together, it was hilarious.
His love of Kraft dinner has never been equalled.
We were sorry to hear of his accident a few years ago and of his struggles since that time. But our memories are of happier times. Jesse will always have a special place in our hearts.
Our thoughts and love go out to you.
Brian & Ann Clark
