Obituary of FOSTER – Helen Rae

December 13, 1938 – July 26, 2010 It is with great sadness we announce Helen’s passing after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. Helen was raised in Iron Springs, AB and began working in Calgary in 1956. Helen was an active member of McDougall United Church, enjoyed curling, bridge, travelling, camping, and will also be remembered for her talents as a mother and homemaker. Helen will be dearly missed by Gary, her husband of fifty years; son Wade Foster, two daughters, Laura Foster and Kelly (Darrick) Hebert, and two grandchildren, Colten and Paige Hebert. She is also survived by her sister Carol Rogers. Helen was predeceased by infant son Robert and her parents Grace and Ward Rogers. Memorial Service will be held at Trinity United Church (Picture Butte, AB) on Monday, August 9, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through .
