I was so sorry to hear of Debbie’s passing. We spent many times talking of life, kids and dogs as we passed each other dog walking. She was a wonderful lady and I will miss her very much. The neighborhood will not be the same without her.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Debbie and Riley when visiting my mother in Carewest, Royal Park. Not only did they bring joy to the residents but to the visitors. It was a bonus for me when coming to visit, to see they were there. My talks with Debbie were always special and I’m very glad our paths crossed.

Although we did not know Debbie very well except for our time together at the Hockey rink many years ago we do remember how easy and friendly she was to talk with. We would bump into each other every now and then and she would always ask about Scott and Courtney and bring us up to date with information about your family. Having made the big move with Shell from Toronto to Calgary in 1984 meant she supported you 110%.
