We lost our amazing, handsome and brilliant son Marc just 6 short months ago in Calgary. He was just 24 yrs old. I know what your family is going through but please know this. The tears of despair that occupy your minds right now will one day turn to tears of joy and you will smile again when you think of your brilliant daughter and all the hapiness that she brought even though it was cut far too short. Please try not to make sense of your daughter’s passing. Just continue to love her and keep her memory alive! As my son Marc use to say “it’s all good Dad…it’s all good”.
You do not know us but my wife and I were first to respond, and we wish to give you our most deepest and sincere condolences.
Our prayers are with you.
Shane Spriggs
Our family cannot express enough it’s deepest sympathies to your family at a time like this. And words can never express it, so we will simply say,…

Gerry & Sheri,
We were so sorry to learn of the sudden loss of your daughter. May your family be comforted as you share your many memories of her. Our thoughts & prayers are with you at this time.
Dear Coutts Family:
I’m writing to tell you how Kristen will be missed in far away places and of the many people who share in your loss but remember the good she shared with those around her. From Florence, Kentucky in the US I have come to know Kristen and her professionalism since she began her work for Wawashkesh Sales after earning her degree. Wawashkesh represents the company for which I work as a sales manager, SWECO.
We will miss her capable handling of business between our companies for our customers and the ease with which she gained the favor of those with whom she worked – she was a wonderful representative for us.
Please accept my condolences for one taken too soon from you and know that my prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Jim Ling
Kristen worked with my son a few summers ago. She was an amazing woman. I am so sorry for your loss.
My thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sorrow.
Dear Coutts Family
I do not know you but I want to tell you how immensely sorry I am for your loss. I did not know Kristen, but I feel connected to her in many ways. I too was born in Manitoba, I too graduated high school in 2002 and graduated from the University of Calgary in 2007. I am also a runner who runs half marathons and I work in Cochrane and know she will be missed in this community. I am touched by her story because it could have very easily have been my story…and my family grieving. I’m so sorry that it is you that grieve tonight.
I pray for Kristen’s spirit to live on in peace, and I pray for you to live on in all your wonderful memories of her.
Heidi

Dear friends and family of Kristen,
I would like to send all of you my warmest sympathy. I am so sorry for your loss of Kristen. I went to Junior high and high school with Kristen. I was drawn to her bubbly personality and caring ways. Kristen and I lost touch over the years, however, I have great memories of school with her. Kristen could always make me laugh and was so kind to me.
I will miss her so much. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
With love,
Cailin

Jenna and family,
I cannot imagine the pain and sorrow you and your family are enduring. I wish you all strength through this unimaginative time. Kristen was someone who was always nice to everyone, and I can’t remember a time that she wasn’t smiling. The days you can’t be strong are ok, hold onto each other to make it through. I am so very sorry.
Miranda
My sincere condolences for the loss of your loved one.
I am at a loss for words. Kristen was so beautiful inside and out. I had the opportunity to spend many years with her and many many hours working by her side. Kristen was an amazing girl. She had something special that just radiated off her. Your family will be in my prayers as you go down this long road. I loved her like a daughter.
I am so sorry for your loss and I know the pain that you feel
You will remember me from extra foods as her Manager in the Beauty and Apparel.
My deepest sympathy
Terra Garrard
Dear Coutts Family,
You don’t know my family & me, but we feel connected to you and to your daughter Kristen. We lost our beautiful Mom (Debbie Hollowell) on July 8 after only four weeks of finding out she had terminal cancer. My Mom has four of us kids – me Jen (31 yrs), Laurie (28), Brett (25) and Sarah (22) and we loved her so much. The day before our Mom passed away we heard about your great loss and were touched and heartbroken for you. When we saw Kristen’s picture in the paper yesterday the four of us were together working on my Mom’s life story. For some reason we all felt a sense of peace when we looked at Kristen – we wondered if maybe she and our Mom are together in some way now. We want you to know that our Mom was the most amazing person and loving mother and that if she could she would take care of her in a way that only Moms can. We thought maybe this would bring you a sense of comfort in this tough time so we wanted to send this message.
The Hollowell Family
We are very sorry to hear of your loss.
Carol and Don Christensen

Our condolences go out to you and your entire family at this time of tragic loss. All your friends at Ogema at praying for you at this time. Helen
Rod and I had the privilege of working with Kristen for the past several years. During that time we came to know her as a caring, loving and intelligent young lady. She had a lot going for her and will be missed by all of her co-workers and friends. Our deepest condolences.
My deepest condolences go out to all of Kristen family and friends. Words cannot describe how much I will miss Kristen. I first met Kristen through work and I am so thankful that our friendship blossomed from there. Kristen was always a kind and gentle soul, and would help me with any problems or situations that I needed assistance with. I was able to learn so much from her that I would not be the same person I am today without her continuous support. I am so glad that I was able to meet this beautiful, amazing, intelligent and extraordinary person. Kristen was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Gerry and Sheri –
I am so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Caron and Family,
My deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time.
