Obituary of COUTTS – Kristen

July 11, 1984 – July 6, 2010 Kristen was taken from us on the morning of July 6, 2010. She was born July 11, 1984, in Winnipeg, MB. Later, her family relocated to the Springbank area. Kristen attended Cochrane High School, graduating in 2002. She went on to pursue a degree in linguistics from the University of Calgary, graduating in 2007. Kristen’s love for running inspired her to train and successfully complete several half marathons. Her striking beauty was not surpassed by her wit and sense of humour, which made Kristen magnetic to all she knew. She will be lovingly remembered and greatly missed by her immediate family, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kristen is survived by her paternal grandmother Gunvor Coutts; her parents Gerald and Sheri Coutts; her older sisters, Caron and Jenna Coutts; and her significant other Brent Hope. A Memorial service will be held at Springbank Community Church (32242 Twp. Rd. 245, south of Highway 1, across from Calaway Park) on Sunday, July 11, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. You may forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. This memorial Fund will be set up to support Kristen’s passion for fitness and marathons.
