I would like to pass along my condolences Peggy to you and your family. Gene was just a great guy and I know he will be greatly missed by every one who knew him. I will especially miss him on the golf course, we played some good games last summer.

Our deepest sympathies to you with this news. Uncle Gene was always one of my favorite Uncles amongst a cast of characters. He was generous, kind and helpful to us when we lived in Calgary and I have many great memories when we were young – it was always good news to hear that Uncle Gene and Aunt Peggy would be at whatever family function there was in Vegreville. I hope these next days will pass with some comfort knowing that he will rest now with our respect for the deeds of his life.
