Kevin, LaVonne and family. Words cannot express how heartbroken we were when we heard of Tyler’s passing. I remember him as a kind boy with a mischievous twinkle in his eye and a great sense of humour. We all had so much fun at hockey tournaments and have great memories from our China trip. Tyler was an amazing person inside and out. Tyler and I weren’t very close, but we talked quite a bit and I’m definitely going to miss talking to him and having a laugh with him. There is nothing more sacred in this life, than to give love and to cherish the joy that comes from receiving it as well. I can’t think of a young man that was more loved by his family and friends, than Tyler was. His loss has resonated with them and his community in ways that make little sense in this moment, and the many that are yet to come. I hope everyone’s happy memories of him help each person who knew him, get through this difficult time. I feel he would have wanted that, and hope he is at peace.

So sad to hear of Tyler’s passing, my heart goes out to you. I will always remember his warm smile, his most excellent sense of humour and of course his friendly and quite often mischievous behavior that was demonstrated throughout his high school career in Beiseker.
