Condolences. Len will be fondly remembered.
So sorry for your loss. I worked with Len at the Wheat Pool and then we both worked for U.F.A. Bought our very first holiday trailer from him 18 years ago which belonged to his mom! He was also my computer “guru” for years.
Wonderful co-worker, friend and overall person. He will be missed by many.

To the Gorveatt Family:
Len was a great man. I worked with Len in the IT department at AWP-which was my first job . He always had lots to share and great stories to tell. One of Len’s most memorable lines was at AWP hockey tournament in Southern Alberta in which he stated “Flexible guys like you stretch before a game, guys like me who have not touched their toes in a while, simply have a hot shower before the game. It loosens up the muscles, is way less effort -not to mention I am the best smelling player on the ice!”
Our deepest condolences,
Kailee Hong and family
Sandy & Adam
We haven’t seen Len for years but have very fond memories of our younger days playing men’s hockey. He will be missed. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Dear Sandy and Adam,
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Sandy
I am sorry to hear about Len passing. I had the opportunity to know both you and Len many many years ago. I would have first met Len at Central Memorial High School. After High School I eventually ended up going to SAIT where I met Sandy who was finishing up her last year there. Some how a few years later I ended up working with Sandy at Genstar, (I am the guy who shaved off half his beard off for my last day at Genstar). I know my time with Len and Sandy occurred a long time ago but in the last few days I have talked to many people who have had an opportunity to meet with Len over the years. The same theme appears in all of the conversations Len was a very very nice person to be around, the same comments can be said for Sandy too.
My deepest condolences to Sandy and Adam

I met Len while I was working at the Partners in Ogden. I could never remember his name, so I gave him a nickname, Mexico. He was always so nice and pleasant when he came in. He was always talking about his family, and his next trip to Mexico. Even after I stopped working at the bar and moved to the landfill he would still make sure he found me on site to say hello and find out how things were going. Im very sad to hear of his passing. He was a wonderful man and a good friend. My prayers are with his family.
Sandy,

I met Len a couple of years ago when he was seeking new work opportunities after UFA. He was a really nice man, and was also helpful in referring other people he knew also looking for jobs. I’m terribly sorry to hear of his passing and send my sincere condolences.

Dear Sandy and Adam,
I worked with Len at both Alberta Pool and UFA. He was such a sweet man. It was such a pleasure to have known him. As you know people touch you, change who you are, and become a part of you, and I am glad that I knew Len. We always seemed to talk about our darling children. Len always had a smile on his face when he talked about Adam, and always had loving things to say about you, Sandy. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.
