Obituary of GORVEATT – Leonard Len Lloyd

June 12, 1957 – May 25, 2010 Len Gorveatt beloved husband of Sandy Gorveatt and father of Adam Gorveatt of Calgary, passed away in his sleep on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at the age of 52 years. Len was the youngest of six children. He married his soul mate Sandy Obrigewitch at the age 20 on August 6, 1977 and became the proud father of Adam Barrie, born May 7, 1992. Len is survived by his wife Sandy, son Adam, brothers Arnold, John (Joy), sister Betty (Gene) Zelmer and sister-in-law Marilyn Gorveatt. He will be missed by Sandy’s family: parents Tony and Marg Obrigewitch, brothers Mike, Rob and James (Sharon), sister Carol (Scott) Earl; and numerous nieces and nephews. Len was predeceased by his parents Arnold (1990) and Barbara (2010), brothers George and Merwin.
