Dear Liz & Family,

My thoughts are with you at this time. It’s been many years, but I remember your dad as a kind and gentle man.

I had the pleasure of working for Mr. Townsend in the 1970’s. He was a lovely man with a wonderful sense of humour, and I considered myself very lucky indeed to have had the good fortune to work with him.

My deepest condolences to all of Mr. Townsend’s family and friends – I know you will all miss him.
